Physical Therapist at Mend, Midtown Manhattan
Jonathan (Yoni) Levy, DPT
physical therapy for an active life
I help people recover from injury and get back to the activities they care about.
how I work
Every patient starts with an evaluation. I look at how you move, what is causing the problem, and what you want to get back to.
Treatment usually begins during the first visit.
From there we build a program around you. That means hands-on treatment in the clinic and a home routine you can keep up with. I keep home programs short, usually twenty minutes or less, because that is what people actually do.
As you get stronger, the program changes with you. The goal is to get you back to your activities and keep you there.
what I treat most
- Running injuries
- Knee pain & instability
- Lower back pain & sciatica
- Rehab after surgery

“After cycling through a few therapists without relief, he was the only one who could help me. Each session was productive and gave me the tools to come back stronger, remain pain-free and return to running.”
“Patient, thoughtful, and very helpful. I saw results in no time.”
